We offer an unsurpassed satisfaction guarantee on all the Petnat and Equinat products you purchase from our website, so if you haven't tried them before, you can try any of our products for a whole 60 days, to see the results for yourself!  We guarantee that our products won't just add to the shelf full of half used products you have already tried!

Unlike most guarantees you see, we don't put lots of stipulations on ours. As long as:

• It is a Petnat, Equinat or Aromesse branded product. 
• This is the first time you have purchased from us. 
• The products were purchased directly through our website (www.aromesse.com)
• You contact us within 60 days of your first online purchase (please note, you must contact us before returning any products)

Please just keep all original packaging (jar, bottle, tube etc), as you will need to return these, even if they have been used.

To put it simply......We guarantee for 60 days, that if for any reason whatsoever, you are not delighted with your purchase of Petnat or Equinat product (perhaps it just didn't suit you or your horse or dog), we will offer you a full refund (excluding postage costs) up to a maximum of two of the same product (from your first order only)- no questions asked.

This must be requested within 60 days from the original purchase date, and the products subsequently returned to us within the next 7 days. It doesn't matter how much of the products you have used, but you must return all used and unused product with original packaging.

You are responsible for the full postage costs of returning the used/unused products, and we also recommend that you also obtain a proof of postage.
We will process your refund within 2 working days of receipt of your returned products, though if you paid by card, please allow another 5 working days for it to appear on your statement.

Please note, this guarantee only applies to purchases made directly through this website, and includes all Petnat and Equinat products. 
It does not extend to any third party products we sell eg Four Leaf Rover, Anco.
