How to Order

UK - There may be some delays at the moment with Royal Mail delivery. We are despatching orders within 1-2 working days, but please allow extra time for delivery. Please see details of the delivery services we offer below.

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES - We deliver to most countries within Europe by Air Mail. There is a maximum weight that we can send through air mail, so if you are wanting to place a large order, you may need to place multiple orders. Our system will tell you if your order is overweight. We expect most orders to arrive within 7-14 days from despatch but with the current Coronavirus situation, please allow up to four weeks for delivery.

**CUSTOMS DUTIES** - EU orders (along with all countries outside the UK) are now sent tax free (from 1/1/21), so our 20% VAT has been deducted and your customs department will charge any import duties due when your order enters your country. You are responsible for paying all customs duties, and we have no control over this.

We send all orders through the postal system, customs charges are calculated and charged per order, by your local delivery company, so please check potential tax and admin charges with your local postal service before ordering. Some postal services have a high fixed admin charge, which you may find more economical against larger orders.

Why has this changed, and will I be charged more?
On the 1st January the UK left the EU. Prior to this date all orders had our local VAT (20%) added, however since the 1st January all orders now have this 20% deducted, so your orders are now sent tax free (therefore you will pay less). This means that when you receive the goods into your country your local VAT will be added back on.

So in its simplicity, the cost of the products would be similar (depending on your countries VAT rate) and we only receive the same amount for them as before, however your local postal service will also add on a fixed admin charge for handling the customs process on your behalf, which you will be required to pay for your order to be released from customs and delivered. Obviously we have no control over the amount of this charge, and it can unfortunately in some countries be disproportionate for smaller orders

You should be able to find details of this charge on your local postal services website, as this charging process will already exist and be being applied for goods bought from all the other countries outside the EU

COUNTRIES OUTSIDE EUROPE We are able to ship to some countries outside Europe. Please note though that it is impossible to predict how long the delays may still be in some countries. We are offering Air Mail delivery, and hope that most orders will arrive between 2 to 4 weeks. Whilst we will obviously take responsibility for you ultimately receiving your order, please only order if you are willing to accept potential delays and are happy to wait longer than usual. We are unable to look into any delivery delays until at least 4 weeks has past from the shipping date.

Sorry, but we are not able to send international orders to some countries including the USA among others. Please check the dropdown list at our checkout to see if we are delivering to your country.

**CUSTOMS DUTIES** ALL international orders are sent tax free (our 20% uk tax is deducted) so your customs department will charge any import duties due when your order enters your country. You are responsible for paying ALL customs duties. Please note: Your order may be split into more than one parcel if your order exceeds maximum air mail weight limits (2kg), and in this instance, customs duties and admin charges may be charged on each individual parcel

How to Order
Our products are available for ordering securely online, and can be purchased by browsing our products, and adding them to your basket.

We send our products to countries worldwide Except USA, New Zealand, South Africa, Mexico, Turkey & India. Unfortunately we are no longer able to send our products to customers in USA, New Zealand, South Africa and Turkey, India due to either delivery problems, or import restrictions.

Your card details are secure and encrypted using highly secure 128 ssl technology, before being sent to Opayo's servers for secure online authorisation. All transactions are encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted.

Third Party Suppliers

We supply some of our products through selected approved suppliers, and we also sell our products directly through Amazon.co.uk. Amazon handle the despatch of all orders placed on their site, so you can also take advantage of Amazon Prime free delivery if you are signed up for it.

Please Note: We do NOT sell any of our products through eBay, and nor do we authorise any third parties to do so, therefore we strongly advise against purchasing through this site, and cannot guarantee the authenticity and/or quality of the products sold on there.

Payment
We are able to accept payment by Visa or MasterCard credit cards, plus American Express, Eurocard, JCB, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Delta and Visa affiliated debit cards.

We also accept payment by Paypal.

We ship worldwide, with low shipping charges.

Please note, all prices on this website are in £ (UK pound sterling). Approximate conversions to other currencies can be found on currency converter sites such as www.xe.com The final conversion will be that applied by your bank

Our prices include VAT at 20% . This will be deducted automatically for all overseas countries. You are however responsible in full for paying any import taxes and duties that some countries charge. Larger orders may be split into more than one parcel.
