Delivery Information

Two service levels are offered for delivery within the UK

Tracked 48 (3-5 days) FREE for most UK orders - Delivery is sent through Royal Mail, and (excluding seasonal delays) delivery aim is 3-5 working days from ordering to any destination within the UK.

Tracked 24 (2-3 days) £2.95 - Delivery is through Royal Mail, and (excluding seasonal delays) delivery aim is 2-3 working days from ordering.

Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Larger orders may need to be signed for.

EU COUNTRIES

Good news for our EU customers! For orders under €150 (excluding shipping), VAT is now included - so there are no extra import duties to pay at delivery!

EU orders OVER €150 excluding shipping will continue to be sent tax-free, meaning our 20% VAT has been deducted and your customs department will charge any import duties due when your order enters your country. You are responsible for paying all customs duties, and we have no control over this.

We send all orders through the postal system, customs charges are calculated and charged per order, by your local delivery company, so please check potential tax and admin charges with your local postal service before ordering. Some postal services have a high fixed admin charge, which you may find more economical placing larger orders.

All orders are sent through Air Mail delivery, and our usual delivery aim is between 7 to 14 days from despatch. However, it can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Italy frequently takes up to 8 weeks for delivery.

Please ensure ALL contact details are provided correctly at checkout. Customs uses this information to contact you regarding fees. If they are unable to contact you, they will return your parcel to us and unfortunately, we can not take responsibility for incorrect/incomplete information being provided, as we are unable to claim postage costs back in this situation.

Spain
Unfortunately, at the current time, we are unable to send orders to Spain. We send all orders to Spain through Correos, and they have told us that they don't currently have a border inspection point. All Pet Grooming products need to go through border inspection for clearance into Spain. They are therefore simply returning all orders! We hope that the situation will change in the future.

Italy
Italian customs are experiencing severe backlogs and parcels are being held up in customs and border security. All parcels do eventually get through customs, but please expect parcels to take up to 8 weeks to be delivered. We appreciate your understanding.

COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU
We are able to ship to most countries outside Europe. All orders are sent through air mail, and our delivery aim is between 2 to 4 weeks. We are unable to look into any delivery delays until at least 4 weeks have passed from the shipping date

Delivery Charges
All international orders are sent through air mail. The delivery cost is charged based purely on the weight of your order, and most are subsidised. You will be able to see the delivery cost for your order as you add products to the basket.

If the system won't allow you to place a large order, please split it into more than one order.

IMPORTANT - All international orders from outside the EU or orders over €150 are sent tax-free, so you may be charged import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country. You are responsible for paying ALL customs duties, taxes and admin charges.
