This is the only thing that has worked to re-grow fur - even on what seems to be hard, calloused skin. So grateful!
When I rescued/adopted Ruby just over 10 years ago she arrived with urine burns on her legs and greasy smelly fur. A friend recommended dermacton and I have been using it ever since. It's been so good for her sore skin, makes her fur feel gorgeous, i have never needed to use flea treatments and she smells lovely
I cannot rate this highly enough! Whenever my horse gets a patch of mud scabs I just slap this on and gently wipe the area before reapplying to get rid of the scabs. No picking or scrubbing necessary! This year he has suffered more but I don't panic anymore. He doesn't fuss at me applying the cream and I can still turn him out. I then give his legs a good wash about once a week. You can't be shy when applying and must make sure the scabs are fully covered for best results. A must have cream for winter!
Our dog was being driven insane by itchy ears and darkening of the skin. While the darkened skin hasn't changed, a daily treatment of cream or spray has relieved the irritation and taken out some of the dryness...very quick results !!

This cream is the best I’ve found to keep my horse’s mud scabs at bay (he’s a 25yo TB out 24/7). Works well if mud is rubbed off with a towel rather than washed off, and cream can then be applied to a dry area. Once the scabs have softened, they can be removed with another gentle towel rub and cream reapplied as needed. Its consistency means it stays put, forming an effective barrier. My horse is currently scab-free but I apply the cream in the vulnerable crease above his heel bulbs every few days to ensure it stays that way. A bonus is that it smells pleasant and feels good on your hands too!

Good for softening hard skin on my dogs elbows
I have previously ordered the Dermacton spray for my dog who has skin allergies which cause her to scratch excessively. The spray is excellent and brilliant for use on my dog where her coat is much thicker - she is a German Wire Haired Pointer. But I decided to buy the cream because it's easier to use on her face being careful to avoid sensitive areas. The cream is excellent. The spray and cream have made a massive difference to my dog, she is now hardly scratching at all. As with the spray I initially used the cream more frequently to begin with and then used it every other day and can sometimes leave it a bit longer, however if my dog starts getting itchy again I use it straight away. I have previously bought other dog skincare products including specialist shampoos for dogs with skin allergies but they haven't made any difference at all. My dog had 2 areas of hair loss due to scratching but now with the spray and cream her hair has grown back which I am delighted about.
I will continue to buy both the spray and the cream.

Having tried numerous products to calm my dogs itchiness not only was it a relief to not hear him scratching any more but his fur grew back.

I use this spray for my German Wire Haired Pointer who has atopic/ allergic skin. She has various allergies and this has certainly helped considerably with her itching. I use the spray on her body because it's easier to administer for a dog like her because she has a very thick and long haired coat. I intend to buy the cream version of this product which I could apply to her face/ chin area, obviously avoiding sensitive areas such as near the mouth and eyes. I've tried a variety of other brands for dogs with itchy skin but I've found this works incredibly well and I will continue to buy it.

Used For Mud Fever On Our Pony With Cushings Who Was Struggling And We Couldn’t Seem To Get On Top Of It But This Helped We Could See An Improvement Within A Week.

The products are far smaller than I thought they would be. I have only used the soap currently and it certainly eased some of the itching in my dog.
This is by far the BEST wound cream I have ever used on my horses and I have been around horses for the last 46 years!! It heals super quick, you don't need much, it lasts ages and doesn't run off the wound. Highly recommend and will never use another product for wounds again! It should be in everyone's first aid box! I use it for existing scabs on small areas, it’s easy and pleasant to use. Only 4 rather than 5 stars as can’t use too liberally due to volume and coat.
